Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and assets (e.g., logos, scripts).

• Pay invoices by due dates.

Payment & Refunds

• Fees: Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices may change for revisions beyond scope.

• Payment Methods: Bank Transfer.

• Late Payments: Interest of 10% monthly applied after 15 days overdue.

      Clients retain final project rights; Pixelle retains portfolio usage rights unless agreed otherwise.

Intellectual Property

• Client Rights: Final deliverables belong to you upon full payment.

• Pixelle Rights: We may showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Pre-Final Work: Storyboards, drafts, and unused concepts remain our property.

Revisions & Deadlines

• 3 rounds of revisions are included per project. Additional rounds billed at 10%.

• Delays caused by client feedback may adjust deadlines.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation: Clients may cancel via written notice. Fees for work completed are non-refundable.

• Kill Fee: 50% of the total project cost if canceled after the first cut submission.

Limitation of Liability

Pixelle is not liable for:

• Delays due to third-party actions (e.g., software outages).

• Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from service use.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by HongKong law. Disputes resolved in Judiciary of Hong Kong.
